Church Hill Big Local recently commissioned me to paint both sides of the 42 metre  long underpass that connects the Redditch district of Church Hill to the huge Arrow Valley Country park.

The Park weaves it’s way through the town in between its many estates, where the locals benefit from a large  rural  space in a an otherwise urban environment, if offers long country walks, miles of cycle paths, Orienteering routes, a boating lake, fishing facilities , a large children’s play area, Frisbee Golf, Park run events, BMX tracks, a Skatepark, Bird watching and countless opportunities to view other other wildlife.

My brief was to brighten up the look of  the underpass and create a mural that depicts the local residents connection with the park and the activities that go on within its vast 900 acre area.
